How to safely seek our services during COVID-19

As socially-aware members of our community, we must consider everyone’s safety by practicing physical distancing during COVID-19. This being said, home emergencies may still arise—and you’ll need to contact a pro for help. At All Stars Roofing, we’re acutely aware of the need to keep our customers safe while we work: read on to learn more about how to get the help you need.
1. Leverage the use of technology
Use our website’s contact form, email us, or give us a call to discuss your needs. Take videos and/or photos (if safe) of your perceived problems, and send them through to us for a virtual assessment. This way, we can limit in-person contact.
2. Limit physical contact
At this time, we are happy to conduct projects without physical contact—because our work is generally external, we can complete it without coming into your home. For your health and safety, we can communicate only via phone, if needed.
3. Follow physical distancing procedures
Of course, if we do need to meet in-person, we’ll follow all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. This includes wearing necessary PPE, following sanitization procedures, and avoiding close physical contact (i.e. not shaking hands and remaining 6 feet apart).
